    Any remarks from users?
Also, if you don’t have a juicer, how do you make the juice?

I imagine that you can grate the potatoe or carrot. Put it inside a cloth colander (the ones used for coffee) and pour 1 to 2 cups of hot water in the colander. Squeeze the residual mix off the colander once it is cool to the touch.
You may also use cheese cloth instead of a cloth colander. In this case, place the grated potatoes or carrots inside the cheese cloth and tie it securely. Boil 2 cups of water and set aside. Place the filled cheese cloth inside the pot of hot water you have set aside. Let it steep for a few minutes. Again, squeeze the residual mix off the cheese cloth once it is cool to the touch.

Grate the potato and carrot or onion and put onto cheese cloth tie it/close it and squeeze juices out into your jug or container. I wouldn’t add any water it would surely dilute the nutrients.
