Even though our body eliminates toxins and bad chemicals, some of them still remain in our organism, such as unabsorbed nutrients that turn into toxins over the time. With this homemade detox bath, you can get rid of all the toxins that are building up in your organism. So you can turn on your favorite music and relax while cleansing.

Homemade Detox Bath

Ingredients:

  • 1 Small Cup of Epsom Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Baking Soda
  • 10 Drops of Essential Oil

You can use any of these essential oils:

  • Peppermint (Fatigue)
  • Cedarwood (Depression)
  • Lavender (Calming and relaxing)
  • Chamomile & Rosemary (Headache)
  • Grapefruit (Uplifting)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in your hot bath and relax for about half an hour. Your body will sweat, absorb all the good nutrients and eject toxins. After you are done with the bath, take a shower with cold water. Don’t forget to drink a lot of water before, during and after the bath, because it will help with the detoxification process.
