If you don’t have the time to go to the gym, or you’re just feeling lazy to go out, here are some fat burners for you (home edition):

Hula hooping

Hula hooping can burn up to 300 calories in a matter of 30 minutes. Even some famous people hoop their ways to a beautiful looking body.

Hopefully, you won’t need a guide telling you how to do them, as they are easy to learn, yet hard to master.

Simply keep them going around your waist, and you won’t regret being a total beginner, as you’ll burn so much fat out of it.

Jumping rope

You should have expected this exercise to be on this list here, as this is one of the most entertaining ones.

This is meant for those who are living in houses, but if your neighbors won’t mind you jumping for half an hour, then go ahead even if you’re living in a flat!

To get the most out of this exercise, switch up your speed and style, as you’ll be more likely to break a sweat, and burn more calories.

Push-ups

They are a good old exercise, a classic. Simply by changing hand placement, you’ll be able to modify the intensity or this exercise, and get the most out of it.

Squat jumping

This gets your heart rate up, and your body weight down.

Lunges

You can do this whenever and as many as you like, but make sure to add the intensity here, as your number one goal is to burn fat, right?

Burpees

This exercise is almost perfect for those that are in need for a quick fat burning method. They work your entire body and cause you to break a lot of sweat.
